I am Marianne Borg Hyökki and my passion is to support and challenge my clients to grow and become better leaders.
Mature leaders see the bigger picture, listen deeply, and create sustainability for people, society, and the environment. These leaders are essential in a world where changes are fast and natural systems are nearing collapse.
Vertical development coaching is for executives, managers, team leaders and teams who are ready to grow, lead with wisdom, balance, and lasting impact.
I am a scientist and researcher, Gestalt psychotherapist, and senior executive leadership coach. I bring together scientific training, psychological understanding with transformational depth. I draw from all in my work and provide my clients the best possibilities to grow and consolidate their new way of being.
