The process
A typical process takes 6-12 months for executives and 3-6 months for managers. Depending on location and costs the sessions may be face to face or virtual. The details regarding content and format are agreed in the contract.

1. Assessment
We may agree to start with an assessment indicating the perspectives you preliminary use at work.
This gives a deeper and more elaborate view of where you are now together with suggestions for steps forward.
2. Exploration
Through Gestalt-based coaching conversations, we explore your patterns, triggers, shadows, and edges. We work with what's emerging in real-time—your actual leadership challenges, not theoretical scenarios.
3. Integration
New awareness means nothing without integration. We anchor insights into your daily leadership practice, relationships, and decision-making. Change becomes sustainable.
